Join Supernal, a pioneering company that empowers small and mid-sized businesses to hire their first AI employee. We're seeking a highly skilled Head of Delivery Operations to drive the growth and success of our AI Delivery function. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our AI-powered solutions to clients.

At Supernal, we don't just sell tools – we deliver outcomes through scalable, agent-powered systems. Our AI Platform Engineers, known as Masons, are the builders behind these innovative solutions. As we rapidly expand our customer base, we're looking for a seasoned professional to help us scale our Mason team from 5 to 30+ members over the next six months.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize day-to-day operations for our AI Delivery function
  • Manage and grow our Mason team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Design and implement scalable systems and processes for task assignment, performance tracking, and delivery quality assurance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Growth, and Customer Success, to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded
  • Act as the primary delivery interface for key accounts, ensuring timely and high-quality deployment of AI Employees
  • Define, track, and report on delivery metrics, including build velocity, deployment quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain internal documentation, SOPs, and onboarding flows for our Mason team
  • Identify and address bottlenecks, building systems that proactively solve problems and improve efficiency
  • Take full ownership of ensuring our AI Employees are deployed quickly, reliably, and at scale

Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 4+ years of experience in delivery operations, technical program management, or a high-growth agency/services environment
  • Proven track record of building and managing technical teams (10+ members)
  • Expertise in building operational systems, playbooks, and dashboards from scratch
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and create process where none exists
  • Elite project management skills, with a focus on timelines, dependencies, and accountability
  • Experience motivating, managing, and growing teams of technical builders
  • Familiarity with agentic architectures, N8n, or low-code/automation platforms (a plus, not required)
  • A low-ego, high-output, and deeply reliable approach to work

  • Scaling our Mason team 6x while maintaining high delivery quality and team NPS
  • Ensuring every customer receives agent deployments on-time and with clear communication
  • Developing internal delivery systems that are documented, automated, and transparent
  • Enabling the Head of Delivery to focus on strategic growth and development
