We're seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Junior Media Buyer (Trainee) to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Media Buyer, you will play a key role in preparing, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns on DSP platforms, ensuring seamless execution and maximum ROI.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare, launch, and update advertising materials on DSP platforms and through contractors, ensuring timely and accurate campaign execution.
  • Set up, optimize, and scale programmatic campaigns in line with brand goals, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Monitor campaign launch correctness in tracking systems and on websites, ensuring seamless execution and minimal errors.
  • Maintain internal reporting on campaigns, including filling out report templates, monitoring deadlines, and recording key changes and results.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to test new approaches, formats, and audiences, driving innovation and growth.
  • Participate in internal team meetings and regular project sittings, contributing to a culture of transparency and open communication.
Requirements
  • Basic experience in digital marketing, preferably with programmatic platforms or Facebook/Google Ads.
  • Understanding of advertising campaign fundamentals, including audiences, targeting, KPIs, and tracking.
  • Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work with large amounts of information.
  • Analytical thinking and a desire to develop in the field of data-driven marketing.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and English language skills for reading technical documentation and basic correspondence.
