Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Success team. As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless experience and building strong relationships. You'll work closely with our Customer Success Supervisor to achieve daily interaction targets, resolve customer queries, and contribute to the growth of our brand.
About the Role:
In this exciting opportunity, you'll have the chance to work independently, think creatively, and make a real impact on our customers' lives. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to provide personalized support and resolve issues efficiently. You'll be expected to work evening shifts (M-F, 2pm-10pm EST) with occasional weekend shifts, and meet or exceed daily interaction targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer interactions in a friendly and relatable manner, providing timely and effective solutions
- Exercise decision-making skills to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth
- Collect and share customer feedback to inform business decisions and improve customer experiences
- Meet or exceed daily interaction targets, with a minimum of 70 interactions per shift
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, think creatively, and solve problems efficiently
- Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and culture, with a strong understanding of our brand and values
