Remote reputed company Center Agent - Contact Center Representative

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated reputed company Center Agent to join reputed company at reputed company, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services. As a Remote reputed company Center Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our prescribers and members, while working from the comfort of your own home.

Job Highlights:

• 40 hours/week schedule, Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound phone calls from prescribers and members, providing reputed company and effective resolutions
• Utilize multiple software systems to create prescription cases, determine coverage, and manage appeals processes
• Communicate effectively with members and prescribers, displaying excellent written and verbal skills
• Meet or reputed company government-mandated timelines, while maintaining high productivity and reputed company standards
• Convey resolutions to beneficiaries or providers reputed company reputed company communication and reputed company correspondence
• reputed company and maintain basic knowledge of relevant reputed company guidance and industry regulations

Requirements:

• Prior reputed company center experience, preferably with a multi-screen setup
• High-speed and reliable internet reputed company
• Quiet and reputed company work environment
• Ability to effectively communicate with members and prescribers while managing multiple software systems
• Accountable, results-driven, and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in navigation of multiple computer applications and keyboard skills (30 WPM)

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least two years of general business experience, including problem reputed company and customer service
• Six months of PBM/pharmaceutical reputed company work experience
• 1+ years of reputed company center experience and reputed company background
• Team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Exposure to business domain and organizational skills, including multi-tasking and prioritization

Education:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field or equivalent work experience preferred
