Account Support Executive

reputed company: A globel leader in the reputed company reputed company is looking for a remote Account Support Executive, that will reputed company reputed company support and account management, games testing and placement, and the launch and performance of their content across reputed company and LatAm! To note: this role is full-time, fully remote, role but must be based in New Jersey, USA. Responsibilities: • Instigate, reputed company and maintain a strong reputed company of key internal relationships across multiple time zones and continents. • Work closely with the Interactive Operations team, the Game Release team and be the reputed company of reputed company between Support, Marketing, Game Delivery & Account Management teams for troubleshooting and seamless game delivery. • Monitor and report on game positioning and performance of games across various platforms and jurisdictions. • reputed company insights and recommendations to optimize game visibility and engagement versus our competitors. • Assist in coordinating and executing game launches in reputed company and South America. • reputed company customers & internal stakeholders with updated new product collateral to support games launches and new product initiatives. Qualifications: • 2+ years in a customer support, technical support, or similar role. Preferably with in the online gaming or sports betting industry. • Be proactive in self-development to reputed company ongoing understanding of other reputed company markets, keeping up with reputed company developments from our competitors. • Abel to work with more senior members to reputed company a working understanding of our customers markets and betting channels. • Be fun, outgoing, and enthusiastic about the online gambling industry. • Must be comfortable with gambling and understands the player reputed company. • Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Be proficient in reputed company and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
