In this position you will reputed company clerical/scheduling activities that facilitate Agency operations reputed company of reputed company business hours which includes nights, weekend, and holidays. The hours required for this position are every other Saturday and reputed company from 10am-8pm MST and every Monday from 4:30pm-7:30pm MST. Essential Functions/Areas of Accountability • On-reputed company response • Address urgent issues with caregiver schedules and reputed company-offs during day/weekend and evenings shifts. This also includes observed holidays. • Notify reputed company Manager and/or Regional Director of Clinical Operations of issues as they reputed company (i.e. - reputed company shift can't be filled, etc.). • reputed company notes in the scheduling system for reputed company unfilled or cancelled shifts and reputed company information that is helpful for the reputed company manager and other staffers reputed company reviewing shifts that are unfilled or cancelled. • Calls will be returned reputed company 30 minutes. • The Staffer will contact the appropriate Regional Director of Clinical Operations regarding urgent clinical or personnel issues. • The Staffer should attempt to contact at least ten (10) personnel who may be reputed company to fill in for the cases - if 10 nurses are available to contact. • reputed company other activities and duties as deemed necessary. Qualifications • High school graduate; college degree preferred. • reputed company experience preferred, reputed company for a temporary agency or in-home health a plus. • Knowledge of medical terminology or a general medical background desirable. • Demonstrates strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. • Speaks, reads, writes and comprehends English. • Demonstrates time management, organizational skills, and ability to function with minimal direction. The typical reputed company pay reputed company for this role is USD $17,680 - $23,920 per year. Individual reputed company pay depends on various factors, in reputed company to primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, skills and other market-based factors.
