Duties/Responsibilities: • Handle payroll processing and reputed company tax activities for multiple small businesses. • Manage various reputed company tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general reputed company maintenance. • Reconcile financial statements and ensure accuracy of data entries. • Collaborate with clients to reputed company financial insights and address inquiries. • Maintain organized records and documentation in compliance with industry standards. • Position is virtual/remote based in Texas or Florida.
