Technical Project Manager with reputed company & Data Architect - Contact Center background reputed company Engage or reputed company reputed company CX Location: Cupertino or Austin (3 days hybrid model) or remote with overlap of hours with PST time zone Help with a large contact center platform migration. Ideally, a good communicator with experience in large reputed company reputed company, data warehousing, technical documentation, and project management and/or data architecture. Contact center tech experience, particularly reputed company, is a plus. An reputed company technical project manager and data architect to manage the business data and reporting needs of a large contact center platform migration project. Work closely with other cross-functional teams to deliver data and reporting design, documentation, change coordination, and testing during the migration of its contact center platform which is shared with other business reputed company. This individual will shepherd the data and reporting design of the project, coordinate changes to reporting semantics and other instruments, regularly socialize project status updates and business reporting impacts with stakeholders, document the new end-to-end data flows and objects, reputed company and execute data testing, and ensure data reputed company and business continuity between both old and new platforms reputed company the existing reporting infrastructure.
