What you get to do: • Creating product documentation for end users and system administrators • Learning to author in a variety of environments primarily DITA/XML • Researching writing and ensuring the accuracy of content that covers current and future releases of our product • Working closely with development teams in an Agile environment • Conducting peer reviews of documentation • Collaborating with other information developers to produce and share content for different types of deliverables (blogs product documentation knowledge base video) Program Details: • 6month program: • Start Date: July 7 2025 • End Date: December 12 2025 • Full time40 hrs/week • Benefits health benefits 401k etc. • Hourly competitive pay based on experience • Location: Open to all locations in the United States (Remote and onsite) • Relocation stipend offered if applicable Qualifications : • **Actively enrolled university students or recent university graduates are not eligible. Internships and new college graduate roles are posted on our careers page if available *** Seeking career changers and/or emerging talent:We are looking for aspiring talent that has passion forTechnical Writing with minimal relevant job experience and whois eager to learn! • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decisionmaking or problemsolving. This may include using AIpowered tools automating workflows analyzing AIdriven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry. Selftaught certification/bootcamp and community college graduates from liberal arts and writing backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply • Ability to commit fulltime during program dates • Position is not eligible for employmentbased sponsorship • Have the ability to understand and learn technical products and concepts • Passionate about creating content • Experience working in markup languages such as DITA HTML XML or SGML is a plus • Have the ability to obtain information through research interviews and experimentation • Interact collaboratively with peers from different cultural backgrounds beliefs opinions and views • Ability to provide writing samples demonstrating your ability to research analyze and apply critical thinking to a subject sample web pages or other multimedia communications project For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area) we offer a base pay of $28 $35 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
