Description
The Senior Client Resolution & Billing Specialist (SCR) is a subject matter expert in RXNT’s Billing and Scheduling products. The SCR is responsible for resolving advanced client issues, confirming system bugs, opening engineering tickets, and mentoring peers. The role demands technical proficiency, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to Tier 1-Tier 3 support requests with professionalism and urgency
• Confirm suspected bugs and collaborate with Engineering to resolve system issues
• Provide timely, thorough feedback and education to customers
• Join daily Engineering standups to discuss issue status and resolutions
• Escalate unresolved cases and supervisor requests to the Director
• Act as a peer mentor to Client Resolution & Billing Specialists
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in medical billing, coding, denials management, and payer enrollment
• Skilled in navigating one or more RCM systems
• Expertise in medical billing workflows
• Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience with Zendesk or other customer support platforms
• Google Suite proficiency
Education/Certifications Requirements:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Medical billing and coding certification is a plus
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use
• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to spend the majority of the workweek on phone calls
Travel Requirements: Less than 10%
