Virtual Assistant for Outreach – Medicaid Policy & Government Contacts
I'm looking for a reliable and resourceful virtual assistant to help with targeted outreach related to MedicaidKeeper.com, a lightweight app built to support Medicaid enrollees in meeting new work and reporting requirements.
The ideal candidate will help identify and reach out to key contacts in the Medicaid space — including state agency officials, policy organizations, and government contractors — to raise awareness and build potential partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Research and compile contacts in:
State Medicaid or HHS agencies
National health policy nonprofits and advocacy organizations
Government contractors supporting Medicaid modernization
Find names, emails, and titles using websites, LinkedIn, and public records
Draft and send professional emails (templates provided)
Track outreach status and follow-ups in Google Sheets
Schedule introductory calls or demos where applicable
Requirements:
Excellent written English
Strong research and data entry skills
Experience with outreach, contact discovery, or list building
Familiarity with U.S. healthcare or government systems is a plus (but not required)
Comfortable using Gmail, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn
Project Scope:
Part-time, flexible hours
Estimated 5–10 hours per week to start
Ongoing project with potential to expand
