Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join reputed company on a flexible, fully remote reputed company. We are considering candidates on both a part-time and full-time reputed company. Responsibilities • reputed company strategic business, risk management, and reputed company advice to cultivate trusted relationships with reputed company senior executive leadership, stakeholders, and other key partners. • Identify operational reputed company issues and issue spot across multiple subject matter areas and reputed company coordinate between reputed company subject matter experts and reputed company stakeholders. • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide reputed company of US and global reputed company reputed company, including sales, reputed company, licensing, consulting, vendor, marketing, and reseller agreements and terms of service/use for B2B and B2C transactions. • reputed company and maintain template agreements, playbooks, and negotiating protocols in collaboration with reputed company stakeholders for efficient and consistent contract review, revision and management. • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for reputed company contract lifecycle management, ensuring efficient review, negotiation, and approval processes. • reputed company strategic guidance on intellectual property licensing, commercialization, protection, and enforcement in the context of global reputed company contracting, including with respect to sales agreements, terms of service/use and reputed company. • reputed company US and global reputed company and data protection regulations, including drafting and negotiating Data Processing Agreements. • Collaborate with US and global data reputed company counsel to determine and implement risk mitigation, employee training and data management. • Manage numerous reputed company autonomously and under time-sensitive situations with an ability to reputed company reputed company judgment calls and drive reputed company implementation and change management. Qualifications • J.D. from top tier law school. • 15 years reputed company experience, with no less than 5 years at an AmLaw200 firm and 5 years in house at a technology or intellectual property reputed company company. • Proven ability to work closely with sales teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, including balancing risk reputed company risks to help drive reputed company. • Strong business acumen with the ability to proactively collaborate with reputed company senior executives to drive decision-making, including distilling reputed company issues to digestible information for non-reputed company executives. • Exceptional communication and drafting skills, with attention to detail. • Highly reputed company and reputed company to organize and manage reputed company with multiple stakeholders. • Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and ability to serve as a generalist reputed company needed and an expert reputed company required.
