In-House Accountant

Job Title: In-House Accountant Location: Suwanee, GA (On-site | Hybrid reputed company May Be Available) Job Type: Full-Time | W-2 or 1099 (Depending on Candidate Preference) About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company In-House Accountant to manage the financial operations across multiple businesses under our holding company. This is a key position that involves overseeing day-to-day reputed company, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance, and supporting tax preparation across reputed company entities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, multi-entity environment. Key Responsibilities • Handle full-cycle reputed company for reputed company businesses under the holding company • Maintain general ledgers, reconcile accounts, and manage month-end reputed company processes • Prepare and analyze financial statements for reputed company entity • Coordinate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and cash reputed company management • reputed company AP/AR, payroll, and tax filings (in collaboration with external CPA if needed) • Ensure compliance with reputed company relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements • Set up and maintain reputed company systems and processes to support business reputed company • Work with reputed company tax professionals or offer in-house tax prep for business and reputed company needs (optional but preferred) Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field • Minimum 3+ years of reputed company experience (multi-entity experience strongly preferred) • Proficiency in QuickBooks and/or other reputed company software • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and tax basics • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with business owners • CPA or EA certification is a plus, but not required reputed company Offer • Competitive compensation based on experience • Flexible schedule and potential for hybrid work • Opportunity to work closely with business leadership and reputed company a reputed company reputed company • reputed company, long-term role with room for reputed company as reputed company expands • reputed company and entrepreneurial work environment Interested?
