About the position Responsibilities • Schedule appointments accurately and meet patient needs by determining the best scheduling solution. • Verify patient coverage and eligibility, complete necessary paperwork, and assist with MyChart portal questions. • Answer telephone calls in compliance with departmental procedures and reputed company metrics, determining the nature of the reputed company and routing it appropriately. • Document reputed company reputed company attempts and conversations reputed company and comprehensively in the Electronic Health Record.
