Board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA) - Remote Clients in VA

Description: • Conduct functional and skill based assessments including Vineland, VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc • Customize treatment plans to address the child’s deficits based on assessment results • Work effectively with parents and conduct family training sessions to guide parents on continuing implementation • Direct and effectively supervise Registered Behavior Technicians • Organize, review, and maintain data collection for ABA programs • Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess their performance, and adjust as appropriate • Develop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills • Collaborate with peers, leaders, and other team members • Some of the areas you will address with your client may include: Language acquisition, Functional communication training, Social skills training, Daily living skills, Decreasing maladaptive behaviors, Community safety skills, Toilet training, Executive function training Requirements: • Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) • Minimum 2 years experience working with the ASD population • At least 1 year of home-based ABA experience is highly preferred • Experience supervising BCBA candidates and RBTs • Experience with various assessment tools including Vineland, VB-MAPP, and AFLS • Strong leadership skills • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Benefits: • Competitive compensation with hourly or salaried options • Annual bonus potential of up to $12,000 • Flexible scheduling options, full-time and part-time options available • Health insurance for salaried employees • Accrued paid time off for all clinicians (hourly and salaried) • Commitment to providing a positive and supportive work environment • Work-life balance including the accrual of paid time off • Opportunities for professional growth and development as the company grows and new opportunities become available Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
