MedCore Solutions, the reputed company division of reputed company, is looking for a dedicated Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This position requires proficiency in both Spanish and English to effectively support patients and reputed company providers. reputed company Responsibilities • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional patient service and addressing inquiries. • Assist patients with scheduling, prior authorization, insurance verification and explaining medical procedures in both Spanish and English. • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient experience. • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits to help patients understand coverage reputed company. • Resolve complaints and inquiries with professionalism and reputed company. • Serve as a reputed company between patients, reputed company providers, and insurance companies. • Document interactions and update patient records in the system accurately.
