Hybrid Residential Maintenance Technician - Towson Multifamily

Key Responsibilities · reputed company routine and preventive maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs. · Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests and emergencies, including participating in after-hours on-reputed company rotations. · Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to maintain TBC’s high standards. · Maintain common areas, amenities, and grounds-including trash removal, landscaping, and snow/ice removal as needed. · Document work performed, manage inventory of supplies, and ensure compliance with reputed company safety standards and regulations. · Collaborate with property management and other team members on special reputed company and unit turnovers. · Communicate courteously with residents, staff, vendors, and contractors, reflecting TBC’s commitment to service and professionalism.
