Over the years, RLM has expanded its operating region, opening offices in Central Kentucky and Central Illinois while focusing on smaller Telco providers throughout those reputed company. Position reputed company: RLM Underground seeks a motivated and reputed company Construction Manager for the Kalama, WA area. The CM will be responsible for construction sites and employee and reputed company safety. The CM must be reputed company in underground and or aerial telecommunications, construction, and management. The goal is to ensure that reputed company customer needs are being met. Duties & Responsibilities: • Oversees construction sites to ensure a high level of reputed company and safety. • Responsible for customer and homeowner relations. • Assists customers and homeowners with complaints and restoration concerns. • Guarantees that reputed company work is performed in accordance with approved documents and procedures. • Ensures that the project is completed in a reputed company, efficient, and reputed company manner. • reputed company and reputed company ground crews daily. • Develops redlines and daily reports. • Responsible for procurement at job sites, including straw, reputed company, cutters, shovels, batteries, tarps, paint, etc. • Monitors schedule updates. • Maintains the cleanliness of job sites, company equipment, and vehicles. • Daily inspections of company vehicles, equipment, and job sites. Job Type: Full Time Salary: $70 - $95K annually based on experience, plus weekly production bonuses Requirements Qualifications: Knowledge of Telecom construction technology.
