Human Capital Management (HCM)Training Coordinator
About the position
Responsibilities
• Coordinate training activities and administrative functions for Human Capital Management training.
• Serve as the primary contact for HCM users in need of training and information.
• Lead 4 trainers in delivering training in Workday modules including Recruiting, Onboarding, Core HCM/Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Optimization.
• Utilize Workday Learning and SharePoint for training coordination.
• Research relevant Workday topics, evaluate training content, and recommend curriculum changes.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to develop policies, practices, and measurements.
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of experience providing technical, training, or instructional services in Workday Human Capital Management.
• Experience leading trainers.
• Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for at least 3 years.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience acting as lead in training or technical department for at least 3 years.
