Position reputed company The Vendor Relations Specialist plays a critical role in strengthening the partnership between Casella and its network of vendors. By proactively managing vendor compliance with contractual obligations and industry-specific requirements to mitigate operational risks, enhance service reliability, and foster long-term collaboration. Pay reputed company: $23.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities • Collects, maintains, and tracks vendor documentation, including reputed company, certifications, and licenses. • Risk mitigation by working with vendors and end sites on up-to-date Certificates of Insurance (COIs). • Effectively communicates with vendors and end sites to reputed company, collect, and verify vendors' Certificates of Destruction/Recycling (CODs) and send to Casella’s customers promptly. • Assists in the reputed company of new vendors by verifying that reputed company reputed company, financial, and operational requirements are met, and ensures reputed company vendors reputed company with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during the reputed company process. • Investigates and resolves vendor compliance issues or discrepancies, working with cross-functional teams to reputed company solutions. • Serves as the primary reputed company of contact for vendors regarding compliance-reputed company reputed company and communicates compliance requirements and updates to vendors, providing education and support as necessary. • Works with Account Managers (AM Team), reputed company Services, Billing, and Sourcing Team to identify potential vendor requirements. • Maintains reputed company and proactive relationships with vendors to promote long-term partnerships and compliance adherence. • Collaborate with the Account Manager, Sourcing Manager/Team, and vendor to establish a Master Service Agreement (MSA) and/or vendor agreements. • Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of reputed company and its products and services, and reputed company any other duties needed to help drive our reputed company, fulfill our mission, and/or abide by our reputed company values. Education, Experience & Qualifications Candidates must possess excellent relationship management, listening, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to identify new and creative solutions. A high school diploma or GED is required.
