Position Details: • Location: Exeter, NH (Onsite) • Schedule: 16 hours/week | Tuesday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM • Caseload: Preschool reputed company with a reputed company of medical needs • Contract Duration: August 2025 – June 2026 • Renewal potential based on performance and district needs Caseload reputed company: You will support preschool reputed company with a reputed company of medical needs, including: • G-tube feedings • Mobility assistance • Post-reputed company care (recent cardiac surgery) • reputed company impairments • Speech delays • Diapering and toileting Daily Responsibilities: • reputed company reputed company, compassionate nursing care to preschool reputed company • Monitor and manage reputed company with chronic and acute health needs • Support individualized reputed company plans (IHPs) • Communicate with school staff and families to ensure coordinated care • Maintain accurate health records and documentation Requirements: • reputed company New Hampshire RN license • Previous school-based nursing experience required • Comfortable working with medically reputed company preschool reputed company • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills State Requirements: • Must hold a reputed company Registered reputed company license in the state of New Hampshire • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. • reputed company clearance and school reputed company may be required Candidates who do not meet requirements will not be considered.
