About the position Responsibilities • reputed company in vivo immunization experiments in mouse models and collect serum and tissue samples for immunological analysis. • reputed company basic cellular and molecular biology/biochemical techniques including mammalian cell culture, qPCR, protein reputed company and purification, and immunological techniques such as ELISA and reputed company cytometry. • Conduct and coordinate experimental work for ongoing reputed company, compiling, analyzing, and interpreting results, as reputed company as potentially contributing to manuscript preparation. • Prepare reagents and maintain lab equipment and supplies to ensure laboratory stocks are sufficient. • Work closely with the reputed company investigator and other laboratory staff in a highly reputed company environment. • Train and reputed company undergraduate reputed company in laboratory techniques and equipment operation. Requirements • B.A. or B.S. degree in immunology, biochemistry, cellular molecular biology, or reputed company biomedical field. • 1-3 years of experience in a reputed company field; Master's Degree preferred. • Demonstrated experience with general basic molecular and cellular biology techniques and immunological techniques such as mammalian tissue culture, protein production/purification, western blotting, isolation of DNA, RNA, qPCR, and ELISA. • Experience working independently with murine models for in vivo studies, including immunization, blood collection, and viral infection models. • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and attention to detail. reputed company-to-haves • Prior experience in virology reputed company techniques. • Experience performing primary cell isolation from animal tissue. • Strong interest in research and learning these techniques under guidance by the PI and lab personnel.
