Role Overview
We are seeking a U.S.-licensed physician with private practice experience to serve as a strategic advisor to our leadership team. You will play a critical role in shaping Inviveo’s services, workflows, messaging, and go-to-market strategy to deeply align with the real-world needs, pain points, and expectations of private practice physicians.
This role is ideal for a physician who understands both the clinical and operational realities of running a medical practice—and is passionate about improving the business side of healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
Physician-Centered Process Design
• Advise on workflows that reflect how private practice physicians and staff actually operate
• Ensure all client-facing processes (onboarding, reporting, communications, etc.) are designed to minimize friction and enhance satisfaction
Strategic Advisory
• Provide insights into what private practices prioritize when choosing and evaluating billing vendors
• Help translate clinical pain points into business solutions and service differentiators
Marketing & Positioning Input
• Shape messaging, marketing assets, and outreach strategy to resonate with private practice decision-makers
• Provide feedback on value proposition, campaigns, and case study narratives
Operational Feedback Loop
• Review internal SOPs and dashboards to ensure they align with provider expectations for transparency, responsiveness, and efficiency
• Advise on potential service enhancements, tools, and KPIs that matter to physicians

Qualifications
• U.S.-licensed MD or DO (active or retired)
• 3+ years in private practice (solo, group, or multi-specialty)
• Strong understanding of the administrative and financial pressures faced by practice owners
• Familiarity with medical billing, EHRs, and RCM workflows (preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide strategic, actionable feedback
• Bonus: MBA or executive experience in practice operations or healthcare consulting
