HRIS Consultant

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with expertise in Oracle Cloud, capable of supporting open enrollment and year-end payroll tax activities. The position offers an opportunity to work in the manufacturing industry while contributing to critical HRIS functions and processes. Responsibilities: • Provide support for open enrollment processes, including configuring Oracle Cloud systems and managing plan changes. • Assist with year-end payroll tax activities, ensuring compliance and efficient handling of tax-related responsibilities. • Collaborate on leave management planning, including coordinating vendor transitions and outsourcing services as needed. • Train and prepare the internal team to independently manage HRIS systems and processes in the future. • Utilize Oracle Cloud and third-party integration tools to ensure seamless connectivity with multiple vendors. • Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud functionalities, offering guidance and solutions for HRIS-related challenges. • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive deliverables and ensure successful project outcomes. • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HRIS systems to maintain operational efficiency. • Ensure that all HRIS processes align with regulatory requirements and organizational goals. • Develop documentation and resources to facilitate knowledge transfer and future system management • Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud, including configuration and management of HRIS systems. • Proven track record in handling open enrollment and year-end payroll tax processes. • Strong understanding of leave management planning and vendor coordination. • Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables with minimal supervision. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. • Familiarity with third-party integration tools to connect HR systems with external vendors. • Minimum of 15 years of experience in HRIS-related roles. • Expertise in HRIS implementation, analysis, and system optimization.
