Job Description: As a Part-Time Recruiter for our client, you will partner with hiring managers to source, screen, and attract top-quality candidates for a variety of roles. This position provides an opportunity for a motivated recruiter to work flexibly while contributing to the success of an ambitious and fast-paced organization. Key Responsibilities: • Talent Sourcing: Use creative and effective techniques to identify passive and active candidates across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, and referral programs). • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. • Candidate Management: Maintain regular communication to provide an exceptional candidate experience through the hiring process. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, align on role requirements, and provide guidance throughout recruitment. • Job Posting: Draft and post optimized job descriptions on various career platforms to attract high-quality candidates. • Process Improvement: Assist in identifying opportunities to improve the hiring process and implement strategies to achieve greater efficiency. • Reporting: Track recruitment progress and maintain accurate applicant records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Required Skills and Qualifications: • Minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment. • Strong understanding of full cycle recruiting processes. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient with ATS tools and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards. • Ability to work independently and manage a part-time schedule effectively. • Adept at identifying and engaging top talent. • Understanding of different industries or the ability to adapt to new industry hiring nuances is a plus. • An enthusiasm for providing a positive candidate experience. Preferred Qualifications: • Strong data-driven mindset and analytical ability to refine recruiting approaches. • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field is preferred but not required. • Proficiency in using Careerbuilder to identify and connect with top talent. • Experience with CRM systems to manage client interactions and recruitment efforts. • Familiarity with About Time software for tracking recruitment metrics and timelines. • Expertise in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems for efficient candidate management. • Proven ability to conduct thorough background checks as part of the hiring process. • Understanding of benefit functions and their role in recruitment. • Strong communication skills to build relationships with clients, candidates, and team members.
