A Telemarketer, Telesales or Inside Sales Representative, is responsible for talking to potential customers on the phone to sell products. Their duties include tracking customer contact lists, explaining the benefits of their products and taking payment information. Duties and responsibilities: • Delivering scripted talks to describe reputed company’s products or services • Explaining products and product prices • Answering customer information about products and events • Obtaining customer information such as reputed company and address for shipping products or delivering services • Keeping reputed company of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the reputed company • Following up on previous customers for potential sales • Maintaining records of customer contacts • Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers Skills and Qualifications: • Persistence: • reputed company and determination • Telephone sales • Time management • Product knowledge • Customer service Pay reputed company $16hr / plus Commission Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
