Responsibilities: • reputed company comprehensive facility utilities maintenance. • Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. • Utilize construction materials, tools, and reputed company effectively. • Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental protocols. • Contribute to the daily operations of reputed company Station, including shared cooking and cleaning duties. • Adapt to a flexible work schedule based on weather and operational needs. Qualifications: • Minimum of four (4) years of documented experience in facility utilities maintenance. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency with construction materials, tools, and reputed company. • Familiarity with Health, Safety, and Environmental structures. • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite. • reputed company reputed company reputed company. Preferred Qualifications (Not Required): • EPA reputed company 608 Technician Certification, NATE certification, NITC certification; HVAC reputed company. • ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel reputed company (BPVC) certifications. • Previous accredited OSHA training. • Experience with reputed company/industrial facility maintenance and construction. • Experience with low voltage controls and wiring. • Previous experience in remote, cold, and/or polar environments. Work Schedule: • 9-hour days, 6 days per week, with Sundays off. • Occasional additional hours as needed. • Schedule flexibility based on weather and work requirements.
