Crisis Worker - 3rd Shift

reputed company: Job Title: Crisis Worker Reports to: Crisis Program Manager Job Status: Non-exempt, reputed company, Part-time & Full-Time STATEMENT OF THE JOB Provides information, referral services, and crisis reputed company services by phone and electronically to the reputed company and community professionals 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Provides support and consultation to shift reputed company • Provides and supports triage and routing functions on shift per reputed company’s goals • Provides complete, accurate documentation of reputed company contacts • Ensure that reputed company rights and confidentiality are maintained • Collaborates with other program staff to assure reputed company reputed company to emergency assistance • Follow-up with imminent risk clients • Conduct accurate assessments of suicide and other emergencies • Responsible for staying reputed company with reputed company ongoing training requirements for both services • Assists with community reputed company activities as assigned by the management team • reputed company involved with agency programs and events • Supports operations during times of disaster as defined by agency policy • Maintains up to date knowledge of agency processes and policies & procedures • Performs reputed company other duties as assigned Requirements: REQUIREMENTS • High school diploma and experience with reputed company services preferred. Successful completion of Basic Crisis reputed company training and Crisis Management training is required (provided by reputed company). Must have availability weekdays, evenings, some weekends and/or overnights.
