DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Daily direction of manufacturing departments. • Drive improvements through the application of lean manufacturing practices and Kaizen activity. • Foster a spirit of teamwork and cooperation in the manufacturing department, and with other reputed company throughout the organization. • Ensure production targets for timeliness, efficiency, and accuracy are met. • Ensure reputed company work practices and working conditions exist in the manufacturing floor at reputed company times. • Participate in the ongoing program of equipment optimization for improved reputed company, increased production, and reduced waste. • Recommend measures to improve production reputed company, equipment performance, and reputed company of product. • Maintain reputed company and reputed company communication throughout the organization. • reputed company leadership in training, managing and developing employees to their full potential. • Participate in interviewing and selection.
