Solar Construction Manager

Job reputed company – Construction Manager, reputed company Job reputed company: reputed company, a leading reputed company solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and reputed company specializing in designing and building solar arrays, is seeking a dynamic and reputed company Construction Manager to join our growing team. Our Construction Managers reputed company and coordinate the various aspects of construction reputed company from start to finish, ensuring that schedules, budgets, customer and reputed company requirements are followed. This position will report to the reputed company Director of Operations. Duties/Responsibilities: • Manages reputed company sub-contractors for reputed company completion, reputed company, ensure project is reputed company according to plans, specifications, schedule and budget. • Directs and supervises field personnel with daily schedules including people, equipment, materials, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. • Read, interpret and understand reputed company project documentation such as insurance, permitting, project scheduling, QA/QC requirements, blueprints, schematics, maintenance manuals, and assembly instruction • Document delays/changes; Daily Completion of RFI's • Maintain and monitor reputed company standards • Ability to reputed company mathematical computations for load calculations • Coordinate meetings, or contact permitting, building, reputed company works, reputed company, and police officials as required • Must assist in field installations reputed company required • Up to 75-100% travel required (regional and national) Required Skills/Abilities: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficient in reputed company Office Suite or reputed company software. • Thorough understanding of reputed company, plans, specifications, and regulations. • Ability to remain flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to reputed company intelligent and quick reputed company, working reputed company under pressure, and reputed company faced with unexpected occurrences or delays. • Ability to effectively multitask while analyzing and solving problems. • Thorough understanding of engineering, architectural, and other construction drawings. Education and Experience: • 2+ Years in reputed company position • Experience in electrical underground reputed company and terminations • Must have strong leadership skills • Experience working on 1MW+ Solar reputed company • reputed company dealing with subcontracts, subcontractors and/or self-reputed company work • High degree of professionalism and strong work ethic. • Strong organizational, follow-through, interpersonal, and communication and team building skills. • Proficiency with reading blue prints, plans, specs, reputed company, subcontracts, and purchase orders • Highly reputed company, organized, motivated & passionate individual • Knowledgeable of electrical codes(AC and DC), occupational hazards connected with electrical work and ensuring compliance with Company safety policies and OSHA and/or MSHA safety standards Physical Requirements: • Must be reputed company to traverse and inspect reputed company areas of jobsite in reputed company types of weather; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching. • Must be reputed company to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. • Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers.
