Employer Industry: Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management Why consider this job opportunity: - Salary up to $45.00/hr - Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization - Engaging in critical materials management initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency - Supportive work environment with collaboration across various teams - Involvement in R&D projects and product development activities - Chance to develop and manage supplier relationships, enhancing professional skills What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Plan, coordinate, and order materials to support production plans using MRP or reorder point methods - Manage inventory to optimize material availability and minimize risks of obsolescence and stockouts - Process MDOs for assigned materials and resolve invoicing issues as necessary - Interface with Logistic Technicians and vendors to address delivery discrepancies and coordinate returns - Analyze department metrics, including inventory levels, obsolescence, and safety stock reviews What is Required (Qualifications): - BS degree in Business Logistics/Supply Chain or Technical/Engineering/Science field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience - Strong understanding of MRP/ERP planning concepts; SAP experience preferred - Excellent communication and analytical skills at all organizational levels - Proficient in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel, for data management and analysis - Ability to manage complex vendor relationships How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - APICS Certification in Inventory Management (CPIM) or Supply Chain (CSCP) #Manufacturing #SupplyChainManagement #CareerOpportunity #CompetitivePay #InventoryManagement "We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
