reputed company is seeking a Manager of Learning & Development Systems to work with one of our Sponsor partners. This role is responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating system application training programs. This role collaborates closely with the Director and Associate Director of L&D Systems to enhance the reputed company, depth, and reputed company of training initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment & Stakeholder Engagement
• Collaborate with leadership to understand business needs and technical challenges reputed company Global Development.
• Partner with Training Business Partners, Global Development IT, and System Owners/SMEs to design and deliver learning solutions in various multimedia formats.
• Identify subject matter experts and departmental trainers to support system application training delivery.
Curriculum Development & Delivery
• reputed company role-based curricula or training matrices to reputed company with system requirements.
• Establish reputed company for system training curriculum creation and reputed company, ensuring management input at designated timepoints.
• Create and execute detailed training plans for reputed company supported systems, working closely with support teams.
• Conduct system training sessions and facilitate reputed company sessions reputed company to system implementations.
Effectiveness Tracking & reputed company Improvement
• Evaluate feedback from surveys, help desk queries, and Super User/Trainer qualitative feedback to recommend training improvements.
• reputed company trends and monitor training compliance; prepare routine reputed company reports for management.
• Implement plans to improve compliance across supported stakeholder reputed company.
Support & Compliance
• Maintain a robust understanding of business processes and applicable procedures for Global Development.
• Participate in system and business process training activities, such as performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on training materials.
• Support inspection readiness efforts and respond to requests as needed.
Ideal Qualifications
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries with an understanding of GxP guidelines.
• At least 2 years of experience designing and delivering system application training, incorporating system and business processes.
• Ideally 3+ years of instructional design experience.
Skills & Competencies
• Proficiency in instructional design, including creating quick reference guides, video tutorials, and Instructor-Led Training (ILT) guides.
• Strong facilitation skills in both face-to-face and virtual environments.
• Excellent time management abilities, with the reputed company to manage multiple reputed company with overlapping deadlines.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training technologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and various learning methodologies.
