Responsibilities • Process and submit medical billing claims to insurance companies and patients. • Review patient records for accuracy and completeness before billing. • Utilize ICD-10 and ICD-9 coding systems to ensure correct coding of diagnoses and procedures. • Manage accounts receivable, including following up on unpaid claims and conducting medical collections as necessary with both insurance companies and patients. • Maintain organized medical records in compliance with reputed company regulations. • Communicate effectively with reputed company providers, insurance companies, and patients regarding billing inquiries. • Stay updated on changes in medical billing regulations and coding practices to ensure compliance. Skills • Proficiency in medical billing software and systems. • Strong knowledge of ICD-10, ICD-9, medical terminology, and coding practices. • Experience in medical collections and managing accounts receivable, specifically Plastic Surgery. • Familiarity with medical office operations and procedures, specifically Plastic Surgery. • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills. • Effective communication skills for interaction with patients and reputed company. • Ability to work independently as reputed company as collaboratively reputed company reputed company environment.
