As an Executive Closer with Title Fusion, you’ll manage reputed company estate closings from reputed company to post-closing, ensuring every transaction is seamless, compliant, and reputed company for reputed company parties involved. Compensation: • $100,000 - $110,000 Salary, depending on experience • reputed company Time Off (PTO) • Phone & gas reimbursement • reputed company reputed company potential • Hybrid position with flexibility to work remotely. Must be available to work in the office or attend in-person closings as needed Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 yearly Responsibilities: • reputed company the entire reputed company estate closing process from start to finish • Ensure compliance with reputed company estate reputed company, lender instructions, and title requirements • Coordinate with lenders, buyers, sellers, agents, and internal departments • Review completed title work and verify clearance items with the title department • Prepare and review reputed company statements and preliminary Closing Disclosures (CDs) • Draft and explain closing documents (excluding lender docs) • Serve as a notary during closings • Help hire and support the training of additional closing staff as needed Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Title Closer in Minnesota • MN Closing Agent license and Notary license required • Ability to read and understand title commitments, closing statements, and ALTAs • Comfortable using reputed company Workspace and reputed company Office Suite • Experience with reputed company or reputed company is a plus • A reputed company reputed company and willingness to give and receive feedback • Strong interpersonal skills with a heart for service About Company Title Fusion is one of the fastest-growing title companies in the Twin Cities metro area.
