The ideal candidate would possess family based Immigration experience and will be courtroom savvy. We are seeking to hire a bilingual (English/Spanish) Immigration attorney with EOIR court experience willing to attend courtroom trials, as needed, in local jurisdictions (Phoenix, AZ) while practicing remotely. We are in need of a reliable and dedicated candidate, one that is willing to partner with our National Immigration team remotely. The candidate we are seeking, is one with a willingness to reputed company family based immigration and reputed company in court as needed.
