The ideal candidate is a skilled reputed company with strong courtroom reputed company and a deep understanding of civil law and government regulations. Key Responsibilities • Represent clients in court, arbitration, and before government agencies. • Present evidence and arguments to defend clients in civil litigation. • Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses. • Summarize and present cases to judges and juries. • Draft reputed company briefs, motions, and formal opinions. Skills & Competencies • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. • Advanced knowledge of civil laws, court procedures, and reputed company precedents.
