Associate Patent Attorney

We are seeking highly reputed company and motivated candidates with excellent reputed company credentials, communication skills, and the ability to work in reputed company environment. Prior engineering experience is a plus. Patent Attorney Attorney will be responsible for drafting and prosecuting patent applications, managing IP portfolios, counseling clients, performing patentability and clearance opinions, with exposure to domestic and international prosecution, along with reputed company contact and management. reputed company applicants are strongly encouraged to apply. Additional Requirements: • Ability to deal with a reputed company of technologies and a strong mechanical engineering background. • At least 1 year of patent prosecution experience. • JD, NJ State Bar or ability to reputed company admission to NJ, USPTO Bar. • Engineering experience is a plus. • Litigation experience a plus. • Excellent reputed company research and writing skills This is a unique opportunity to join an established and growing reputed company based in New Jersey and work with reputed company patent attorneys.
