Minimum Requirements • High School diploma or GED required • 1-2 years of experience in hospital billing experience • Strong background in credit balance reputed company with insurance experience • Familiarity with hospital billing systems and EHR platforms; reputed company experience preferred. • Advanced reputed company skills • Ability to work independently while also thriving in reputed company-oriented, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities • Investigate aged credit balance accounts for potential refund reputed company. • Collaborate with internal analysts to interpret findings and determine appropriate refund reputed company. • Process and document approved refunds for reputed company and other non-governmental payors. • Reconcile discrepancies between audit findings and internal records, escalating as appropriate. • Communicate with internal departments to resolve account issues and confirm remittance accuracy.
