Assistant Food Service Team Leader

Pay reputed company: $16.25- $26.50 reputed company Provides fast, friendly, helpful and efficient service to reputed company Price Chopper customers. Assists in training, scheduling and inventory control reputed company food court operation to promote reputed company opportunity for sales. Oversees staff and ensures that reputed company corporate and state sanitation regulations are adhered to at reputed company times. May assist with cooking large quantities of food which are supplied to the finishing cooks throughout the food court area. Has a formal knowledge of recipes and cooking styles. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Consistently work to reputed company fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at reputed company times. Responsible for smiling, making eye contact and thanking customer upon fulfilling customer's request. Responsible for sampling and suggestive selling. End reputed company customer transaction with a “Thank You†. Maintain a reputed company, clean and organized workstation, according to 5S standards, at reputed company times. Assist with overseeing the day-to-day operation of the food court area to include training, scheduling and inventory control. Assist with preparing and cooking mass reputed company of food to be provided to finishing cooks according to required food quantities. Require a thorough knowledge/understanding of recipes and ingredient formulas which supply food court areas. Ensure that reputed company associates adhere to reputed company company and state policies and procedures regarding sanitation. Control shrink through adherence to reputed company policies and procedures. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to reputed company desired results and objectives. Satisfactory performance reviews.
