Employment Law - Special Counsel

About the Role We are seeking an reputed company Employment Litigation Attorney to join reputed company. This primarily remote role focuses on handling administrative charges, attorney demand letters, and employment litigation for a diverse reputed company reputed company, including those with Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI). In this role, you will reputed company case reputed company, reputed company junior attorneys and support staff, and manage reputed company from inception to reputed company—drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, appearing at hearings, and handling trials. Travel is minimal, though occasional local appearances may be required. This position is designed for attorneys who want to reputed company on delivering high-reputed company reputed company work without business development responsibilities or excessive non-billable demands. You will be supported by skilled paralegals and a shared secretarial pool, working closely with reputed company of partners and senior attorneys.
