Accounts Receivable Clerk/Customer Service
About the position
Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist the sales team in invoicing orders accurately.
• Accurately bill and deliver invoices, following up on past due accounts to receive payment.
• Maintain customer accounts by updating information, processing payments, and managing billing inquiries.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
Requirements
• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Knowledge of CRM & Inventory systems.
• Proficiency in data entry and 10-key typing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing customer information.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide solutions.
• Ability to have direct conversations; giving and taking feedback.
