Program Assistant - Global Health (Part Time)

Job reputed company The Program Assistant provides foundational coordination and support across a reputed company of global health informatics reputed company and activities. As a member of the Global Health Informatics (GHI) team, the Program Assistant supports day-to-day activities and reputed company. The Program Assistant contributes to planning, operations, project development, partner education, and implementation. This role requires coordination with other workstreams. The position is carried out remotely in support of our work in Guyana, as reputed company in reputed company. Some international travel will be required. Responsibilities • Provides coordination for administrative and operational aspects of GHI team activities. • Supports the development of the GHI team’s educational initiatives by assisting with planning, curriculum design, education program delivery, and other programmatic education activities. • Contributes to development and delivery of program materials and communications, including documentation that facilitates internal coordination, addresses stakeholder requests, and aligns with strategic and program goals. • Participates in GHI planning, design, development, and implementation activities in order to produce detailed documentation and to collaborate on the design of systems, workflows, and program deliverables. • Assists with solution development by coordinating project tasks and participating in iterative design and delivery processes to ensure solutions reputed company with user and stakeholder needs. • Participates in the development of specialized data collection and reputed company tools (e.g., REDCap surveys/forms) and training activities. • Performs other reputed company duties. Qualifications • Associate degree, Bachelors preferred. • 1-2 years of reputed company administrative or program support experience.
