Associate Analyst - Payroll Operations
About the position
Responsibilities
• Analyze and approve/coordinate multiple payroll processes for reputed company pay reputed company reputed company the assigned reputed company
• Use critical thinking skills to reputed company an exploratory analysis on multiple payroll processes to identify and proactively resolve problems
• Run queries and analyze data for multiple payroll processes, using pivot tables and v-lookups reputed company applicable
• Submit changes/adjustments based on outcome of analysis
• Take reputed company to resolve problems reputed company reputed company payroll, benefits, deductions, and tax data. If needed, escalate to the appropriate stakeholders for approvals and/or discussion to resolve the issue

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years payroll, reputed company, or relevant finance experience
• Proficiency with reputed company Office products, particularly reputed company (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Strong verbal/written communications skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills; ability to handle multiple reputed company with a high degree of accuracy; high attention to detail

• Ability to manage time and follow through, with high level of initiative
