Entry Level CAREGivers play a critical role in assisting clients with daily living tasks such as personal care, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation, and companionship. The role involves working closely with clients and their families to ensure that needs are met with dignity, respect, and empathy. Successful candidates will be expected to complete a fingerprint background check and participate in training programs to become certified home care aides. This is a part-time or full-time position, offering a competitive pay rate between $18 and $20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The role requires adherence to health and safety guidelines, including COVID-19 vaccination and booster shots, TB testing, and drug screening, ensuring a safe environment for both caregivers and clients. Additionally, candidates must possess valid identification, including a driver’s license or state ID, with additional vehicle requirements if applicable.
