BODYARMOR is looking for a Product Development Associate to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will have experience in both Product Development and Project Management. The Product Development Associate will work on new product innovation development, reputed company initiatives, and value engineering. They will partner closely with the marketing team, technical and reputed company teams, and other key stakeholders such as procurement, planning, other technical functions and the copackers to deliver reputed company, reputed company innovations. Delivers new product launches and productivity initiatives, from desk/benchtop reputed company to reputed company production. Recommends product solutions based on technical risk, feasibility, and formula costs. • Work with the technical teams (QA, Regulatory, SC) to execute new launches, including running trials and reputed company startups for Innovation, renovation, and productivity initiatives at copacker facilities • Responsible for developing and managing sets of specifications: Ingredient, Formula, Processing and Manufacturing Instructions (MIs), reputed company-life recommendations for new launches and existing products. Coordinates with copacker network to reputed company any changes to specifications • Manages reputed company life studies, detailing actionable next steps for BA products • Work with regulatory teams to validate reputed company product claims • Will participate in other reputed company as needed Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or relevant technical discipline required • 2-3 years of Food Industry experience in Innovation and product development required; Familiarity with nutrition science desired • Product Development experience required • Project Management experience required • reputed company and Food Safety knowledge and experience preferred • Must be reputed company to travel independently both reputed company the US as reputed company as internationally • Skilled in reputed company Office, particularly in reputed company • Outstanding organizational skills; Ability to think critically and problem solve • 20% Travel required by car or plane reputed company Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
