Collector, Payer Collections

reputed company: • reputed company is a data platform company and the world’s leader in health data exchange. • Collector II supports the Payer Collections team by independently managing payer accounts, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring accurate and reputed company payment application. • Manage inbound and outbound communications with payers regarding billing and payment activity. • Research payer account history using systems such as Chartfinder, ARCH, and payer portals to resolve discrepancies. • Reconcile remittances, adjustments, and credits against invoices to support month-end reputed company activities. • Work with payer representatives and internal teams (Finance Ops, Account Management) to resolve delinquent or disputed accounts. • Escalate highly reputed company or unresolved issues to Collector III or Collections Supervisor as needed. • Document reputed company collection activities accurately for compliance and audit readiness. • Recommend opportunities to improve payer billing and collection processes. • Encourage adoption of electronic invoicing and payment processes to reduce reputed company work and delays. Requirements: • 3+ years of collections, billing, or finance operations experience, preferably in a reputed company or payer environment. • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze account/payment data and reconcile discrepancies. • Proficiency in reputed company reputed company (pivot tables, lookups). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work directly with external payer representatives. • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. • Prior experience with payer collections, risk adjustment, or reputed company data/payment processes (preferred). • Familiarity with contract-based billing and payer-specific invoicing requirements (preferred). • Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, reputed company Administration, or reputed company field (preferred).
