Hybrid Work

Hours and In-office days:

reputed company: Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 5:30 pm

In-office Work Days (Non-busy season): 4 days a week

In-office Work Days (Busy season): Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 5:30 pm in the office (Busy seasons are February 1 – reputed company 15 and August 1 – reputed company 15). During busy seasons, this position is expected to report to the office daily and work overtime, including occasional time on the weekend.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Handle details of a highly confidential nature and maintain confidential records and reports
  • Support our Tax partners
  • Coordinate and maintain partners’ calendars, schedules conference calls, meetings and makes travel arrangements, if necessary
  • Responsible for general administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, travel and expense reports, presentations, phone support, etc.
  • Arrange meals for the office, including ordering lunches, breakfasts, and catering and maintain office kitchen
  • Collect, compile, and analyze data and information from several sources for reports, reputed company and committees
  • Maintain due date list – prompting / following up with clients, managers and partner to reputed company reputed company deadlines are met
  • Read mail, reputed company reputed company or important items, attach relevant files or information, and assume responsibility for responding reputed company appropriate

    • To be successful, these are the skills and experience you will need:

    This salary reputed company is specific to the state(s) listed and takes into account the wide reputed company of factors that are considered in making compensation reputed company including but not limited to reputed company set and education; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the reputed company for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 plus overtime
