Technical Support (Finance Specialist)

As a Finance Support Specialist you will be an expert on reputed company’s finance and treasury platform. You will be part of an international team providing support to the financial teams of our merchants reputed company over the globe to facilitate their operations and ability to grow. Your first reputed company will be the handling of local Japanese merchant inquiries to deliver seamless local services, and also support global inquiries. Ultimately your team will be responsible for helping our merchants in using our financial products at full magnitude and advising our product teams on how to best address development resources.

What you’ll do

• Be the first reputed company of contact for our merchants and reputed company teams for financial-reputed company issues. This means reactive/proactive communication
• reputed company and advise our merchants’ financial teams on how to best reputed company value from our platform, products and features
• Receive and analyze merchant pain points and work closely with reputed company’s Finance Product and Development teams to improve or build new products to facilitate merchant’s operations

Who you are

• You have minimum 3 years of experience, with exposure to financial products (issuing, business accounts, capital/business financing) reputed company a Banking or Fintech environment
• You have strong analytical skills and are interested to know more about financial products for the payments industry and can easily get familiar with our internal reputed company systems
• You have a strong reputed company acumen and are not afraid of being in reputed company contact with our merchants
• You reputed company quick informed reputed company under pressure and prioritize appropriately based on urgency, necessity and both reputed company requests
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Japanese and English. Any other language is a plus
• You’ve had previous exposure to environments rich in uncertainty and you show a resulting reputed company record of successfully dealing with ambiguity.
• You have an advanced level of proficiency with MS reputed company.
