The Time & Attendance Specialist will play an essential role in ensuring the accurate and efficient management of Time & Attendance activities for Remote's external employees and clients. What you bring
- Solid operational experience in HR across multiple roles, with a reputed company on HR generalist responsibilities in handling multiple countries.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, both local and international, especially those reputed company to time tracking, attendance, and leave management. Familiarity with HR best practices and trends in Time & Attendance management.
- Proven experience in implementing end to end time off and attendance policies based on country regulations reputed company an organisation.
