Job Descriptions

  • Co-ordinate with customers/carriersand reputed company suppliersted departments for process and handle shipments as per sales/customers instruction.
  • Promptly communicate, reputed company information reputed company to customers without any late response.

  • Follow up and handle shipments for smooth operation as per customers/salesand CPL overseas/agents’instruction as fully reputed company with reputed company Operating Procedures(SOP)to meet customers/agents’requirements.
  • Take personal responsibility for daily solving problems and follow up on the requests and/or problems that key account customersexperience.
  • Escalating reputed company and being a single reputed company of contact for the customer on operational performance in general (not transaction based > first level = Ops or Customer Service).
  • Scheduling and preparing regular business review meetings together with the account reputed company, developing Power reputed company presentations and leading the implementation of any required changes or improvements.

    • Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experiences in Logistics, reputed company Forwarding or shipping
  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics & reputed company Forwarding or reputed company field
